Refund Policy

At ZHOELALA USA, we want you to love your sandals! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be NEW, unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • A $12.95 return processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

  • A $8.95 exchange shipping & processing fee applies to all exchanges.

  • Exchange items must meet the same NEW, unused, unworn condition requirements.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@zhoelala.us

  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange

  3. Wait for return instructions before sending any items back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
