We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays & Service Interruptions

Zhoelala USA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first or contacting the carrier directly.
Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Zhoelala USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Zhoelala USA is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
